About Us
Who We Are:
iFACTS was founded in 2003 by Steve Boyce as a consulting house to provide
customers
with expert building automation and energy cost avoidance advice free
from vendor
rhetoric and sales pressure.
Since that time we have grown to provide services in 4 key areas;
1. Control
System Consulting and Service -
building
automation experience and can service and program select systems
including
TAC, Alerton, Trane, Computrols, and others.
(CEM) with real world experience
serving the institutional, public and industrial
markets. We are certified
business Energy Professionals and Certified Sustainable
Development Professionals
(CSDP). We do everything from basic energy audits
to full blown performance
contracting.
3. Geothermal Heating and Cooling – In 2006 we launched Buckeye
Geothermal,
a full service geothermal design, installation and service
company for residential
and commercial customers.
4. Project Management
and Commissioning – In addition to our engineering
services, we can provide
project management and building commissioning
services as well to help
meet your LEED building certification requirements.

Why Vendor Independence?
No one company makes the best of everything, and no one receives the “best of breed”
when the products and the advice all come from the same vendor. We want to be free
to help our customers select automation products that are tried, true and indeed
the best. We personally try and test all devices before recommending them to our
customers.
